This Jr. 2 bedroom penthouse condo (One Master Bedroom plus one bunkroom) comes with everything you could need or want to create a memorable ski vacation. Steps from Copper’s covered bridge, it only takes a minute or two to walk to the American Eagle chairlift. This penthouse level condo is right in the center of Copper’s most prestigious Village with beautiful views of the ski slopes, creek, the bustle of the town, and Ten Mile Range.
In the morning get your day started right with a hot breakfast cooked in your own kitchen; or head to Toast for a breakfast or brunch and a full bar. Enjoy the views of the ski-slopes, creek, the Village and the Ten Mile Range from the over sized balcony. After a day skiing, sit back and relax in one of Passage Point’s three hot tubs; or curl up in the condo in front of the gas fireplace.
The Unit is a One Bedroom PLUS Bunk Room with two full baths. With sleeping for 7; the master bedroom suite has a king bed, the bunkroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This Unit is upgraded with hardwood flooring, two Flat Panel TV's and blue ray players. Our condo is all about convenience and location, we hope you enjoy it!
Check-in is located right at Copper Mountain. You do NOT need to travel to Silverthorne or Frisco like many other properties. We also have 24 hour on-site concierge to assist you during your stay.
**Copper has 2 off seasons, Mud Season (late April until early June) and Fall (mid September until early November). Please check with the resort for actual opening and closing dates of activities. During these periods, many shops and restaurants will be closed in the ski village . However, most establishments downtown (Frisco) will be open.
***Pricing is based on minimum night stays being met, typically 4 nights during the summer, 5 nights in the winter, 6 nights on holidays and peak periods and 2 nights during the off-season. Travel insurance is encouraged for our guests. All claims for cancellations should be directed to the guests chosen travel insurance provider. The owner does not provide refunds for cancellations.

The fitness center and aquatic facilities located in our complex are provided free of charge. All activities, amenities and events outside of our complex may require a fee determined by the individual business owner, event organizer or activity operator.
There are many activities and events happening both winter and summer right out your door including downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, road biking, go carts, zip lining, snow mobiling, concerts, weddings, conferences, golf and more. We do no provide tickets or admission to any event or activity. Summer activities are Generally open from mid June until late September. Winter activities are generally available from Early November until Mid April.
Please contact with the specific business, event or activity operator for accurate dates and hours for the activities you plan on participating in. Some businesses will be closed in the off-seasons.

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
